I am a new
advertiser. How do I open account and place my ad?
Open an account and place your ad are so simple. Go to www.ruying.com, click
the “Advertiser Login”. As a new advertiser, click the “Register” button. After
you fill out the form (First Name, Last Name, Email and Password), the
Advertiser Control Panel will appear. You can immediately create you Job ad,
Auto ad, Real Estate ad and Classified ad.
After you place the ad, you will get a confirmation number. Go back to the
search page, you will be able to see your ad on our site immediately.
If you have any problem to register or create your ad, please contact us
immediately. «
After I place the ad,
I couldn't find my ad on the site?
You didn't complete placing your ad. You didn’t click the “Submit Order” in the
last step. As a result your ad was still in inactive status when you exited.
Please place your ad again. Make sure to click the “Submit Order” button, you
will get an order number and a note similar to “Ruying.com would like to thank
you for your advertising on our website. Your ad is free …”. If you have
another ad to place, click the “Place another Ad” button; otherwise, go back to
search page where you can find your ad on the site immediately.

How do I edit my ad?
1. Login to your account.
2. Select the "View/Edit/Delete Ad" section on the Advertiser Control Panel.
3. A table will show all of your ads in the past one year. Click the Image (or
Title or Property or Make) to see your detailed ad which you want edit.
4. On AdEdit page, you can change general information of ad on the "PART I:
View & Edit General Information of AD", then click the "Update Your Ad"
button. You will see the message "Part I Update Success".
5. You can change ad image on "PART III: View & Edit Image" on the same
page. Browse your image file, the click the "Upload Image" button. You will see
new image and "Image have been saved" message. All changes are immediately
effect. «
How do I delete or renew
my expired ad?
1. Login to your account.
2. Select the "View/Edit/Delete Ad" section on the Advertiser Control Panel.
3. A table will show all of your ads in the past one year. Click the Image (or
Title or Property or Make) to see your detailed ad wich you want delete or
repost.
4. One the middle section of AdEdit page, there is a "PART II: Renew Ad or Stop
Ad". The section will show you Post Date and Expired Date of Ad. If Expired
Date > today, you can select "Stop the Ad Now" from select box, then click
the "Stop Ad Now" button. You will see "Your Ad was disabled now!" message (We
don't really delete your ad, just change its expire date, so your ad will not
be searched.)
5. If your ad has expired, you can select 1-3 month from select box. The
program will show you new post date and expire date. Click the "Update &
Check Out" button, click the "Submit Order" button on next page, your expired
ad will repost immediately.

How do I place ad with
video?
1. You can take your video by camcorder, digital cameras, cell phones and
upload it with your classified ad, auto ad and real estate ad.
2. The video is limited 1 minute long for classified ad; 1 minute for auto ad,
1-1.5 minute for office, store, and 1-2 bedrooms; 2 minutes for 3 and 3+
bedrooms.
3. If you edit your video through Video Edit Tool, you should save it as wmv
file. Otherwise Windows Media Encoder may not read your edited video
file.
4. Upload video is last step of place ad and after you have got your order
number. Even you failed to upload your video, you still can see your ad without
video on our site immediately.
5.It may take several minutes to half hour to upload video even you have high
speed internet. If your video file larger than 5MB, please send your video file
with your order number by email to CustomerService@Ruying.com
instead upload it.
6.Your video file need through formatted, encoded, and compressed processes, so
it may take one or two business day to live it with your ad.
7. If your video is longer than our limited, we suggest you send your video
file with your order number or item number to our contractor, Mr. Lin, to edit
your file. Mr. Lin will charge $10 through PayPal. Mr. Lin's email address
