Job Description If you are a Software Product Manager, Product Manager, Business Analyst that is fluent with English and French with experience with business applications experience, please read on! What you need for this position: - You should have four year degree, preferably in a field that offers an opportunity to gain a well rounded background in business and economics. Additional class work in management type courses and programming is preferred. - 3 years of experience with accounting, business, tax systems is beneficial. - Strong overall software product management experience required - Requirements gathering, software translation, quality assurance, testing, implementation, and software training - Excellent communication skills to work with customers, partners and staff - Enjoy traveling and must be willing to travel to customer sites throughout Canada and in New York (at least 50%) - Bilingual (English and French) What you'll be doing: The responsibilities of Product Manager include, but not limited to: - translate the software into local language; - ensure the software complies with local legislation and business practices; - write specifications for necessary modifications; - conduct quality assurance (testing) according to established routines; - maintain downloadable program versions on the web-site; - provide support, training and consulting services to local customers and partners; - take charge/be project manager for strategic customers, and test/development customers; - be the main point of contact for all product-related issues between the partners/resellers, the office and HQ Development Department; - ensure adequate product knowledge among the colleagues; - follow policies and procedures established by the HQ.
